IF YOU NEED TONER...
- Start with the Main Office. There will be a procedure for each building or department that you will need to follow.
- We do not have an unlimited supply of toner. Each cartridge needs to be purchased through your building or department budget.
- When at all possible, use the building copier to print. The cost of printing on the copier is ASTRONOMICALLY CHEAPER vs. purchasing a new cartridge.
NOTE: As of September 1, 2016 Palmyra-Macedon is no longer using Toshiba Managed Print Services. Should you need assistance with your printer (any issue other than toner) please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IF YOU NEED ACCESS TO A PRINTER...
We have enabled most shared access copiers in our buildings via Google Cloud Print. Visit our Pal-Mac Cloud Printing portal, click the printer you would like to enable, and follow the on-screen prompts. Note: You must be using Google Chrome in order for this to work.
