We use a program called HelpScout to manage our help requests. You will get an automated response immediately letting you know a ticket was created. We check it all the time so rest assured we will know about the issue.
New for 2016-2017 is our "tech help time" at each building. With the addition of our new shared staff tech helpers from Boces we are able to provide more timely support.
