- If you are a teacher, faculty member or student - send an email using your Pal-Mac email to: email@example.com
- If you are a parent - just send us an email from whatever program you use to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Describe the problem you are having.
- That's it!
We use a program called HelpScout to manage our help requests. You will get an automated response immediately letting you know a ticket was created. We check it all the time so rest assured we will know about the issue.
If we determine a replacement device is necessary - see below for the location of our Tech Support Swap location. Only place items in the drop-off box (pictured left) if instructed. Only take replacement devices (pictured right) if given permission to do so. You will also be given a number - be sure to only take that device or item as not doing so will prevent someone else from being able to have their problem fixed.
